 Max (Corey Patrick) with a Yoohoo watching the world from his rooftop. Max (Corey Patrick) lowers his punk music so he can hear Mr. Frazier (Jeff Rosenfeld) on the road below. Bandaged Woman (Pat Champon) yells up to Max (Corey Patrick) and Frank (Joshua Alscher) on the rooftop demanding that they come down. Frank (Joshua Alscher) attempts to calm Bandaged Woman (Pat Champon) after she walloped Max (Corey Patrick) with her handbag. Chloe (Anne Jordan) tries to coax Max (Corey Patrick) out of his chair and off the roof to attend a concert. Frank (Joshua Alscher) rehashes earlier days of drug use. Chloe (Anne Jordan) kisses goodbye to Max (Corey Patrick) as Frank (Joshua Alscher) grabs some more junk food and drink.
